Daniel Brönimann graduated as an electrical engineer at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil. He started his professional career as a software development engineer and later as project manager of various software projects. Very different development processes were used: from lean agile projects to highly structured large-scale projects in a security-relevant environment. As Assessor and Certified Senior Project Manager according to IPMA Level B, he has had many years of insight into the project management practices of various companies. Today, he works for Siemens Mobility Switzerland as a head of software development and is involved in the introduction of a lean project framework, among other things.
Christoph Bommer is responsible for the engineering of traffic and tunnel control system projects at Siemens Mobility in Switzerland. He graduated as an electrical engineer at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil and began his professional career as a software development engineer in the telecommunications industry. Later he managed various software development projects in an international environment and led software development departments in the telecommunications industry as well as in railway control business. During this time he was intensively involved in the improvement of development processes (CMMI).
